Types of Personal Data

AAMNM collects various types of personal data depending on the purpose, including: Name, Mailing address and billing address, Email address, Phone number, Tax identification number

 
AAMNM Membership

Data processing will only be carried out with your consent and will be granted at the time of membership registration with AAMNM. If you authorize it, you will receive our updates via email and physical mail. Consent for the processing of personal data for direct communication purposes may be revoked at any time. AAMNM may conduct profiling based on information related to the activities you participate in.

 
Communication

AAMNM may use your email address to communicate with you and share information about its activities, such as concerts, conferences, seminars, and other events. It may also send information about discounts and promotions. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

The data subject must ensure that the Personal Data provided to AAMNM is accurate and agrees to notify any changes or modifications. The data subject is expressly warned that, by disclosing Personal Data in public AAMNM channels such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, this information may be seen and used by third parties.

Will My Information Be Shared?

- To other companies providing certain services, such as email and postal mail delivery, responding to user inquiries, and sending information about our programming, among others. What Are My Rights?

At any time, you may request:
- Access to the information we have about you;
- Correction of information if it is incorrect or incomplete;
- Deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data;
- If processing is based on your consent and performed by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data previously provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Your requests will be handled with special care to ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of identity to ensure that personal data is only shared with the rightful owner. Please note that, in some cases (e.g., due to legal requirements), your request may not be immediately fulfilled. In any case, you will be informed of the measures taken within a maximum period of one month from the date of the request. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.

Right of Access

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from AAMNM as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, to access their personal data and the legally provided information.

Right to Rectification

The data subject has the right to obtain from AAMNM, without undue delay, the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning them.

Right to Erasure, Restriction of Processing, and Data Portability

The data subject has the right to request AAMNM to delete their data without undue delay, and AAMNM is obliged to erase the personal data when one of the following reasons applies:
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;
- The data subject withdraws their consent for data processing (when processing is based on consent) and there is no other legal basis for such processing;
- The data subject objects to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for continuing the processing.

The data subject has the right to obtain from AAMNM the restriction of data processing if one of the following situations applies:
- The accuracy of the personal data is contested for a period that allows AAMNM to verify its accuracy;
- The processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data and instead requests restriction of its use;
AAMNM no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data is required by the data subject for legal claims;
- The data subject has objected to processing, pending verification of whether the data controller’s legitimate grounds override those of the data subject.
If the processing depends on the data subject’s consent and has been provided by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data that concerns them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Can I Withdraw My Consent Later?

If consent is legally required for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time. However, this right does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on previously given consent, nor does it affect further processing of the same data based on another legal basis, such as fulfilling a contract or a legal obligation to which AAMNM is subject.

AAMNM reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy for security reasons, due to new legal and/or regulatory requirements, or to adapt its Privacy Policy to data protection standards.
